How do I order questionnaires?

You can buy questionnaire credits via our shop online section. Upon reception of your payment, credits are added to you portfolio and you can create as many keys as you need.

Do I need to register on Mindeval website to take a test?

No, you do not have to. All you need to take a test is a Mindeval key, usually provided by your psychologist, coach or physician. You just have to download the Mindeval application (free of charges) on your computer, launch the program, enter your personal key and take the test. It only takes a few minutes (depending on the length of the questionnaire).

I am a professional, I have many groups or teams of athletes, can I manage them separately?

Yes you can. The Mindeval web application has been designed specifically for your needs. You can manage hundreds of groups of athletes, thousands of athletes if you need to. Mindeval technology is currently used by private professionals, scholars, government agency to collect and analyze data of thousands of participants in a single study. You can archive your results on Mindeval website and retrieve them in a few seconds. Mindeval features a search engine that will enable you to find your data quickly and easily.

I lost my key, what should I do? Does it mean that I lost my results too?

Contact the person that gave you the key, he or she will simply revoke it and create a new one. There isn't any charge for key revocation/creation. In that case your results are not lost, the professional who gave you the key will be able to get them for you.

How can I be certain that my answers are anonymous?

This is very simple. Your personal information will be kept confidential because Mindeval questionnaires do not allow the collection of private information such as your name, address, id number,... Some questionnaires will ask you for biographic information (date of birth, country of residence, sex, sport) only for the purpose of the analysis steps, but they will never collect data leading to your identity. Moreover, you are always in control, you can abort the test taking process at anytime and the software will erase any data already collected up to that point.

Because Mindeval technology was initially developed for research on human subjects, its underlying protocol provides confidentiality and anonymity for the participant.

Is it possible to use Mindeval with other questionnaires?

Yes. Mindeval technology allows the use of "proprietary" questionnaires designed for your specific needs and not listed in our catalogue.
